My name is Coach Vera and I am a personal health and fitness coach. For over 12 years I have helped hundreds of people lose weight, gain confidence, and build sustainable healthy routines that they are able to maintain for the long term. With a BA in Psychology and an MA in Public Health Education, I utilize cognitive-behavioral coaching techniques to address the underlying health behaviors of each client I work with to create permanent habits.
I deliver in-home training sessions in San Diego, California, where I work closely with clients to build routines that are tailor made for each individual. I also offer online and phone-based nutrition coaching, to meet you where you are and build a lifestyle and healthy eating program that works for you.
